- Comments / notes : It is beautiful Himalayan herb with pretty purple to mauvish-blue flowers with yellowish throats.
- Key identification features : Scapigerous herbs; Leaves oblong, oblong-obovate to obovate-spathulate, subentire or minutely toothed, minutely hairy on both surfaces; Flowers capitate, bluish white, flowering scapes 2(--4) X as long as leaf rosette; Capsules oblong.
