  • Key identification features : Trees 5-8 m tall. Leaves alternate or subopposite, coriaceous, glaucous beneath, margins revolute. Flowers greenish, in heads or racemes, axillary and from old scars. Berries ellipsoid, green, speckled with white, dark purple when ripe.
