Flowers 4 merous, in terminal 3 - many-flowered simple umbels. Calyx-tube short; lobes ovate. Corolla white, rotate, lobes valvate. Stamens inserted on the corolla tube. Ovary 2-celled with numerous axile ovules. Capsule crowned with persistent calyx limb. Seeds minute
