  • Comments / notes : Specimen collected from Sidderabetta in the foothill of Shorea tallura groove (Type locality- by V.Bhaskar & C.G.Kushalappa. Specimen deposited at the UASB Herbarium)
  • Key identification features : Resembles A.montana and its close ally A.striata, but differs in being a small-statured plant with pale white or pink flowers with reddish purple blotches inside, in lacking 2 basal claws on the hypochile and having sepals larger than petals.
