Umbels axillary, simple, 7- (11-) flowered; peduncle angular. Flowers white, 1.5cm across; hypanthium companulate, operculum conical, horn-shaped, apex acute. Fruit pedicellate, truncate-globular, disc ascending; valves 4(5), strongly exserted
