  • Comments / notes : This species has so far been reported only from the northeastern states of India and Nicobar Islands. Ravikumar & Balachandran reported from Visakhapatnam as new report to southern India
  • Key identification features : Climber. Stems slender, terete, pubescent, latex milky. Leaves ovate-cordate, acuminate at apex, cordate at base; stipules foliaceous, reniform. Flowers axillary corymbose cymes, white. Follicles elliptic-lanceolate, clothed with long dense fleshy spines. Seeds many, ovate, white comose apex.
