  • Comments / notes : Cultivated and naturalized in some places. Rhizomes are rich in starch which is used as a substitute for Arrowroot. The report of the species C. caesia (Bhat 1993, 2003) is an error, subsequent studies shows that this species belongs to C.aeruginosa Roxb. (Bhat, K.G 2014)
