  • Comments / notes : Rare in wild. Cultivated for edible fruits. Common in Pauri hills of Pallahara, Angul district between 600-900m and also in Gocha block in Nayagar districts of Odisha state.
  • Key identification features : A small tree. Develop compound thorns at base up to middle age. Bark smooth dark brown
