Male flowers: usually trimerous, in short axillary 1-5-flowered cymes. Female flowers: solitary or in pairs, trimerous. Fruit c. 7.5 mm long, ellipsoid, fulvous-hairy when young, seated on the lobed cup-shaped calyx
