Mayurpankh could be name in Marathi. Not This endemic is distributed in Maharashtra (Ahmednagar, Pune, Sindhudurg, Thane), Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, where possibility of it being a name in Hindi can be ruled out. This plant is found in Western Ghats of Karnataka too. "Vernacular names" can have all the other names listed, but the entry "Local names" (Kannad) would be worthy addition in every page. "Name not known" may be put to start with, eventually replacing it with actual name(s) in vernacular script.
