Key identification features : Twiners with watery sap. Leaves are simple, opposite, elliptic to ovate, base rounded to cordate. Inflorescence is a compound umbellate lateral cyme. Calyx lobes spreading. Corolla greenish-yellow outside and purplish inside. Fruit is a cylindrical follicle.
