  • Key identification features : A lofty evergreen tree. Bark is covered with dark lenticels. Bole buttressed and fluted. Branchlets are druping, young branchlets rufous-tomentose. Latex is white. Leaves are with rusty hairs below. Fruit is fleshy, fragrant, greenish yellow when ripe with sticky latex and is edible.
