  • Key identification features : A scandent shrub with brownish, pubescent branchlets. Leaf blade is shiny, ovate-oblong to ovate-elliptic, 7-15 to 2.5-5 cm, papery or sub-leathery. Flowers are in terminal or axillary panicles, small and inconspicuous. Calyx tube is pubescent and spreading. Petals are clawed at the base. Fruit is drupaceous and winged.
