- Key identification features : Moderate size evergreen trees with numerous aerial roots. Leaves are elliptic-obovate, obtuse or abruptly acuminate at apex, coriaceous, 4-7 pairs of nerves. Figs are in axillary, sessile pairs, glabrous, to about a cm across. Bracts 3, sub-orbicular, about 4 mm long. Apical bracts 3, in outer row, and 5-6 in inner row.
