  • Key identification features : A slender annual terrestrial herb. Leaves are few, linear, spathulate, rounded at apex. Corolla is deep purple or white. Spur is narrowly conical, straight or curved, Capsule is globose with numerous seeds. Obliquely oblong.

  • Comments : Often on hills from 1000-1500 m on perennially moist rocks, exposed in full sun.
