- Key identification features : A scandent undershrub with hairy branches. Leaves are 1-3 foliate, end leaflets, obovate to oblanceolate, obtuse, pubescent beneath. Flowers are small (1-1.2 cm long), pretty in a cone-like raceme. Fruit is a pod, linear with 6-8 reticulate joints.
