  • Key identification features : Moderate-sized unarmed succulents. Branches are terete. Leaves few, small, linear-oblong, early cauducous. Inflorescence unique (Cyathium). Flowers are very small greenish, clustered in forks of branches.

  • Comments : Often on foothills to 800 m, along fences.
