  • Key identification features : A large size deciduous tree. Leaves are simple, entire with lateral and membranous stipules. Flowers are small, unisexual and are borne in fascicles; Perianth of 4-8 overlapping and occasionally unequal members. Stamens are as many as perianth with hairy anthers. Fruit is winged.
