- Key identification features : A small tree up to 8 m height.Young shoots are more or less visid with yellow resin. Leaves are simple,linear-oblong to narrowly oblanceolate, up to 11 cm long, 4.5cm broad. Inflorescence is a panicle of racemes. Flowers are polygamous, corolla is white with recurved margin, stamens are 8 and exserted, ovary is entire with terminal style which is once branched above the middle,stigma is capitate. Fruit is a capsule 1.5 cm broad with wings.
