- Key identification features : A large shrub or a small tree, upto 6 m tall. Leaves are decussate, rarely ternate, subcoriaceous, elliptic-obovate, acute-cuneate at base with an entire margin, acute, shortly acuminate at apex. Lateral nerves of about 10-12 pairs. Flowers are about 5-merous in terminal, dense panicle, pale-yellow to creamish-white. Capsule is loculicidal, 2-valved.
