  • Key identification features : A medium-sized evergreen tree of 15 m tall, Leaves are unipinnate. Leaflets are entire with prominent veins beneath. Flowers are inconspicuous in branched inflorescence that is covered with rufous scales. Stamens united into a tube, included or slightly exerted. Fruit is a sub-globose and ferruginous berry.
