  • Key identification features : Small tree with branchlets tomentose. Leaves are large, oblong, ovate-elliptic, with acute or rounded base, softly, greyish-tomentose above. Flowers unisexual. Calyx lobes almost divided to the base, outer tomentose. Ovary tomentose, 5-locular. Style hairy ending in glabrous conical lobes. Schizocarp globose, obscurely grooved.
